Feeling grateful...

Good evening guys. I hope you are all surviving the weather.
I really do have so much to be grateful for as am sure many of us do.
As I curl up here on my bed in my pink fluffy onesie with a big snuggly duvet I think of those without a roof over their heads let alone a bed or a pillow. 
Today I am particularly grateful for my work friends. They helped me through the difficult time of losing my dad which happened in November very unexpectedly. They helped me maintain my sanity when perhaps I was not the nicest person to be around.

So to all of you

I saw this today and it made me smile, bearing in mind that on a good day I top 5ft!

Plus it has a cute penguin!

I had a peak out of my bedroom windows this morning and the garden furniture was slightly askew! 

The snow looked pretty though. 

I got to work and then back home again in one piece too. Always a bonus methinks. 

Another interesting picture I saw today,,certainly food for thought. .

A good question, one am going to have to ponder! How about you?

Onto the crochet exploits.

I have attempted two things tonight. One was a wave stitch. Looks ok I think.

The other  is going to be a little owl. Have got his body done. Eyes tomorrow to finish him off.

Will of course show you the owl when he can see you too. Might need to name him then.

Sigh.. life is a series of dilemmas !
